About Me
My name is Olga Edge. I am a Lithuanian citizen living and working in the United Kingdom, and I speak Russian, Lithuanian, and English fluently. Because I want my work to be accessible to anyone who may need support, this website offers dedicated sections in all three languages. With today’s online communication tools, I am able to work with clients both locally and around the world.
I specialise in transpersonal psychology, a field that looks at personal growth through both psychological understanding and the deeper layers of human experience. It recognises that we are shaped not only by our thoughts and emotions, but also by our values, intuition, inner wisdom, and our search for meaning. This approach brings together established psychological methods with insights from spiritual traditions and the teachings of experienced practitioners. In my work, this means creating a space where clients can reconnect with their inner resources, understand the patterns that influence their lives, and move through challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-awareness.
Professional Background & Education
My professional journey has evolved organically, blending classical academic training, contemporary psychology, and spiritual practices focused on inner growth.
I began my career in education, completing my degree as a teacher of Russian language and literature. Working closely with people — and my growing fascination with the inner world of the human being — naturally drew me toward deeper psychological study.
I later earned a diploma in psychological counselling and completed professional retraining in transpersonal psychology, an approach that understands a person not only through the lens of the psyche but also through spiritual experience and inner development.
Alongside my formal studies, I explored a variety of methods for working with consciousness and the subconscious, including:
- Professional training in hypnotherapy
- Two in-depth courses in astrology
- The “Universal Therapy” program
- Training in Raja Yoga techniques
- The Inner Engineering program by Sadhguru
These diverse influences allow me to approach life challenges from a wider, more integrated perspective — combining psychological insight, subconscious work, and transformative spiritual practices.
My own learning and personal growth continue every day. Exploring the depths of the human soul is a lifelong — and endlessly fascinating — journey.
Supporting People Through Life’s Difficult Moments
The heart of my work is supporting individuals through difficult or transformative periods of life. Many people come to me when they feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves. My role is to help them rediscover their inner strength, rebuild balance, and gradually return to a sense of stability and meaning.
A particularly meaningful part of my practice is dedicated to grief and loss. My book explores this subject with both professional insight and personal experience. It is available here on the website, along with a short meditation created to accompany it.
My Path
My journey into transpersonal psychology grew not only from interest, but from my own life experiences. Personal loss and deep questioning led me to explore the human soul, the nature of suffering, and the quiet resilience that allows us to rise again after life’s most difficult moments. These experiences continue to shape the way I work and the way I support others.
