About My Approach

In my work, I integrate elements of classical psychology, modern methods for working with the subconscious mind, and selected contemplative practices. These approaches help people gently explore the deeper causes of life’s challenges, release limiting beliefs, and discover new possibilities for positive and meaningful change.

My aim is to provide a calm, respectful, and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, gain new perspectives, and reconnect with your inner resources.

Methods I Use in My Consultations

Mind Processing

Mind Processing is an innovative method developed at the Institute of Anna Matari. It is designed to work with deeply rooted beliefs stored in the subconscious that may influence our decisions, emotional reactions, and recurring life patterns.

During the process, a special internal scanning technique is used to help identify the core beliefs that lie beneath various life difficulties.

This method does not involve hypnosis. Instead, it allows a person to work with subconscious patterns in a natural, relaxed, and safe state.

Mind Processing can help uncover the deeper causes of recurring challenges and support gradual transformation at a subconscious level.

The “Assemblage Point” Method

This approach draws inspiration from the work of consciousness researchers Richard Bartlett and Frank Kinslow and is related to contemporary ideas about perception, awareness, and the role of consciousness in shaping our experience.

According to this perspective, many of our habitual reactions and life patterns arise from internal mental frameworks — established ways of perceiving and responding to the world.

When these patterns become visible within conscious awareness, the possibility for change naturally appears. As awareness shifts, previously fixed patterns may soften or transform, opening space for new perspectives and responses.

Practices from Ancient Indian Traditions

In my work, I also incorporate several contemplative practices inspired by ancient Indian spiritual traditions. These practices have been passed down through experienced teachers and adapted to be accessible for modern life.

Examples include:

The “One Breath Method” — a simple but powerful practice that develops inner focus and can help reduce automatic emotional reactions in stressful situations.

The “Erasing Karmic Imprints” practice — a reflective practice intended to support the release of deeply ingrained emotional patterns and subconscious programs.

These practices can help create a sense of inner clarity, calm, and psychological balance.

How a Consultation Works

A consultation takes place as a calm and confidential conversation where you can freely speak about your experiences, thoughts, and life situations.

Sessions are conducted online via video call, typically using services such as Zoom, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space, wherever you may be located.

At the beginning of the session, we clarify your intention — the issue or life situation you would like to explore or receive support with.

During the consultation, we gently explore your emotional state, experiences, and underlying beliefs. Depending on the situation, different approaches may be used to help bring awareness to the deeper roots of what you are experiencing and to access new inner resources.

The process unfolds at a respectful pace, without pressure and without imposing solutions. Each person is encouraged to move through the process in a way that feels safe and natural.

Often, even within a single session, people gain new insight into their situation and experience a greater sense of clarity and emotional relief.

Privacy & Confidentiality Statement
All consultations are conducted in a confidential and respectful manner. Personal information shared during sessions is treated with care and discretion and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

When People Seek a Consultation

People choose to seek support at different moments in life, particularly when it becomes difficult to process emotions or life events alone.

A consultation may be helpful if you:

  • are experiencing the loss of a loved one
  • feel deep emotional pain, anxiety, or inner emptiness
  • are going through a challenging life period or personal crisis
  • notice recurring life situations whose causes are difficult to understand
  • are searching for deeper meaning or inner direction
  • would like to better understand yourself and your internal processes

Sometimes even a single conversation can help you see a situation from a new perspective and regain a sense of direction.

Who My Consultations Are For

My consultations may be helpful for people who:

  • are interested in self-reflection and personal development
  • would like to better understand their emotions, reactions, and inner patterns
  • are going through a challenging life period and would like a supportive conversation
  • feel stuck in recurring life situations and want to explore them from a new perspective
  • are interested in inner awareness, mindfulness, and contemplative practices
  • are looking for additional emotional support alongside their own personal growth journey

The sessions provide a calm and respectful space where you can explore your experiences and gain new insights about yourself and your life.

Who My Consultations Are Not Intended For

My consultations are not intended to replace professional medical or psychological care.

They may not be suitable if you are:

  • experiencing a severe mental health crisis
  • in need of medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychological treatment
  • seeking diagnosis or treatment for a mental health condition

In such situations, it is important to seek help from a qualified healthcare professional, such as a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical doctor.

Consultations can, however, sometimes be used as a complementary form of reflective support alongside professional care, if appropriate.

What You May Experience After a Session

Each person’s experience is unique, and the results of a session can vary depending on your situation and personal process. However, many people report that after a consultation they may experience:

  • greater clarity about a situation they have been reflecting on
  • a new perspective on recurring patterns or emotional reactions
  • a sense of emotional relief after expressing thoughts and feelings in a safe space
  • a deeper understanding of their inner responses and beliefs
  • a renewed sense of direction or possibility when facing life challenges

Sometimes the most valuable outcome is simply having the opportunity to pause, reflect, and look at a situation with fresh awareness.

For some people, insights continue to unfold gradually in the days following a session as new understanding emerges.
